We recommend enquiring as early as possible, particularly for weekends, spring and summer dates, school holidays and the corporate Christmas season. Popular Sydney locations and dates can book well in advance. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability.
-
An enquiry does not automatically secure a date. Approval of your quote and a deposit is required to confirm your event. We recommend completing the confirmation process promptly if your date is important to you.
-
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change guest numbers, styling, catering, location or timing. Changes are subject to availability, supplier deadlines and the terms provided with your booking. Late changes may not always be possible.
-
Sometimes. Last-minute availability depends on our event schedule, stock, catering requirements, location and the complexity of the setup. A simpler picnic may be easier to arrange at short notice than a highly personalised large event. Please call us to make sure we get your request right away - 0478 297 237.
-
Pricing depends on guest numbers, event duration, location, access, chosen package, catering, styling and optional additions. Because every event is different, we provide a customised quote based on your requirements.
-
Yes, we require a $500 deposit (unless otherwise stipulated by us) to secure your booking. Any deposit amount will be deducted from the final amount which is due a week prior to your event.
-
Cancellation and rescheduling conditions are provided with your quote or booking confirmation. These may vary depending on timing, catering, supplier commitments and work already completed for your event.

Please read the terms before confirming and contact us promptly if your plans change.
-
Yes. We are happy to recommend suitable Sydney picnic locations based on your guest numbers, preferred area, accessibility, parking, public transport, shade, nearby facilities, event style and desired backdrop.
-
Yes. If you already have a park, beach, private property or venue in mind, include it in your enquiry. We will assess whether the location is practical for your setup, including access, terrain, distance from parking, shade, facilities and any restrictions.
-
Permit and booking requirements vary between councils, parks and group sizes. We can advise you about location considerations, but the responsibility and process for securing permission will be confirmed for your individual event. Never assume a public space is automatically available for a commercial setup.
-
Beach picnics may be possible at suitable Sydney locations. We consider access, tides, wind, sand conditions, council rules, carrying distance and guest comfort before recommending a beach setup.
-
Yes. Picnics and grazing can often be created in gardens, courtyards, rooftops, offices, showrooms and private venues, subject to space, access and venue approval. A private location can also be a useful wet-weather alternative.
-
Please tell us about parking, loading zones, stairs, lifts, gates, carrying distances and venue access times. For parks, a map pin or clear meeting point is extremely helpful. Accurate access information allows us to plan the setup time and staffing correctly.
-
Public spaces can be affected by council bookings, other visitors, maintenance, events and weather conditions. Where a formal reservation is available, it is the best way to secure a designated area. Otherwise, we will discuss the practical arrangements and suitable alternatives with you.
-
Every outdoor event needs a wet-weather backup plan. This may be a private home, covered venue or another suitable indoor space. We have a number of outdoor, undercover spots we work with, please ask about these. We recommend deciding on your backup option before the event so any change can be handled as smoothly as possible.
-
The timing of a weather decision depends on the forecast, event location, catering and setup requirements. We will communicate with you as the event approaches and follow the weather provisions in your booking terms.
-
Even light rain can affect cushions, rugs, tables, food and guest comfort. Whether a setup can proceed will depend on the location, available shelter and forecast. A covered or indoor backup is always the safest plan.
-
Strong winds, storms, extreme heat and other unsafe conditions can make an outdoor setup unsuitable. Safety, food quality and guest comfort come first. We may recommend moving the event, changing the format or following the weather options in your booking terms.
-
Shade umbrellas may be available as part of selected setups or as an addition. Suitability depends on the location and weather, particularly wind. Existing natural shade and venue shelter should also be considered when selecting your location.
-
Inclusions vary by package, but a picnic may include rugs, cushions, low tables, table styling, tableware, florals, décor and personalised details. Your quote will clearly list the inclusions for your event.

-
The required space depends on the number and arrangement of teepees. Before confirming, please measure the room and provide photographs if requested. Clear floor space, safe access and an appropriate indoor environment are essential.
Please remove furniture, fragile objects, toys and floor clutter from the setup area before our arrival. The space should be clean, dry and ready at the agreed access time so installation can begin safely and on schedule.
-
The client is responsible for the hired items during the booking period. Any damage, breakage, loss or excessive cleaning requirements will be handled in accordance with the booking terms.
-
We return at the agreed time to collect the picnic equipment. Please have guests and personal belongings clear of the setup and ensure all hired items remain together. If you would like to extend the event, contact us as early as possible; extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
-
We pack away our hired setup, but guests should dispose of their personal rubbish and leave the location respectfully. Any venue- or council-specific waste requirements must also be followed.
We will always endeavor to help you with any rubbish clear away after your event.
-
Extensions may be possible if arranged in advance. They depend on our schedule, daylight, park or venue rules and equipment collection requirements. Additional charges may apply.
-
Please tell us about accessibility requirements before booking. Low picnic seating is not suitable for everyone, but we can discuss location access, seating considerations or whether another setup format would be more comfortable.
